Welcome to the 2015 Returns Study

The objective of this study is to understand the strategy and outomes of angel investing. Because angel investing is a very private market, we truly need your help. It will be the largest ever study of angel investor returns because of your participation. Your personal information will be kept completely confidential and used only for analytical purposes of this research. Thank you for participating.

We will ask you about your experience, and then capture detail about your investments: financial details, company details, and the investment process.

A couple of definitions:
Angel Investing:
When you invest your money directly into young companies. If through a fund or an llc, you are still quite involved in the decisions about which companies in which you invest. (i.e. not a passive LP in a VC fund).
Exit:
Any positive or negative completion of an investment. Typically, a public offering, an acquisition, or going out of business.
